We’re currently seeking to hire a highly qualified Digital Content and E-Commerce Manager. In this role, you will drive growth across our online channels, optimize product presentation, and manage our digital presence on high-end marketplaces. In addition, you will play a critical part in growing and managing Shaftel Diamonds’ online sales presence, both on our website and across third-party selling platforms like 1stDibs, eBay, and Chrono24. You will also oversee product listings, coordinate high-quality photography, and collaborate closely with our website developer and SEO manager to fine-tune strategies that boost sales and brand visibility. With opportunities for commission based on sales generated through these channels, this role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for luxury and digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-Commerce Management and Sales Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase sales on Shaftel Diamonds’ website and third-party platforms (e.g., 1stDibs, eBay, Chrono24)
- Regularly update and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and high-quality visuals that align with Shaftel’s luxury brand identity
- Manage inventory across platforms to maximize product exposure and enhance cross-channel sales performance
Digital Marketing and Content Creation
- Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content that enhances Shaftel Diamonds’ online presence and attracts high-net-worth clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and social media that highlights unique pieces, trends, and craftsmanship
- Plan and implement digital advertising strategies for e-commerce, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI on paid search and social ads
Photography Coordination and Product Presentation
- Coordinate product photography to capture the quality and elegance of Shaftel Diamonds’ offerings, working closely with photographers and ensuring all images are optimized for web and marketplace standards
- Oversee image selection and editing processes, maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic across all digital channels
- Collaborate with product design and sales teams to ensure listings reflect product attributes, value, and brand appeal
Collaboration with Website Developer and SEO Manager
- Work directly with the website developer to improve site functionality, navigation, and product display, ensuring an exceptional user experience
- Collaborate with the SEO manager to drive traffic and improve rankings by implementing SEO best practices and regularly updating website content, keywords, and metadata
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, best sellers, and emerging jewelry categories, making recommendations on product selection and marketing strategies
Third-Party Platform Management
- Manage Shaftel Diamonds’ presence on high-end jewelry and watch platforms (e.g., 1stDibs, Chrono24), ensuring each listing aligns with the unique standards and requirements of each platform
- Optimize listings with targeted keywords, descriptions, and compelling visuals to increase visibility and conversion rates on each third-party site
- Monitor and report on the performance of third-party listings, adjusting strategies based on analytics to maximize sales opportunities
Performance Tracking and Analytics
- Use Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace insights to track the performance of listings, traffic sources, and conversion rates
- Generate monthly reports on e-commerce and digital content performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies and sales goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and new e-commerce tools to keep Shaftel Diamonds at the forefront of online luxury retail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce, or online sales, preferably within luxury or fashion
- Strong background in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and familiarity with third-party luxury platforms (e.g., 1stDibs, eBay, Chrono24)
- Digital Marketing Skills: Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising best practices
- Experience with social media content creation and management is a plus
- Experience working with photographers or creative teams to produce high-quality product images that align with luxury standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to boost online sales
- Enthusiasm for fine jewelry and a keen understanding of luxury consumer behavior
