We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to oversee and lead our marketing team in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, brand development, market research, and customer engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on
    marketing investments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer
    service to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Drive content creation for websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertising.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as brochures, product guides, and promotional content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best
    practices to keep the marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Manage internal employees, third-party agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Oversee major, lengthy projects like website redesigns and keeping vendors on
    track throughout the process.
  • Lead strategy for content marketing and social media; reviewing and editing written and video content before distributing on the web and social channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to make website changes in a CMS; preferably the ability to troubleshoot occasional HTML issues.
  • Ability to manipulate large quantities of data to tell a story; preferably comfortable using Airtable and Excel.
  • Experience building reports, automations, and working with other advanced marketing features in a modern CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
  • Able to travel occasionally out-of-state, less than 10%
  • Reside in the Houston area
  • Able to work on-site (this is not a hybrid role).
  • Relevant industry experience (industrial, heavy lifting equipment or construction)
