We are currently seeking to hire a Director of Product Growth to lead and scale the strategic growth initiatives of our business. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact with a scale-up stage product. This role will focus on optimizing demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention. In this role as the leader of the product growth team, you’ll help turn Vyopta, the workforce experience platform for UC/Collaboration, into a powerhouse by rapidly expanding the market opportunity. You’ll also partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Services and Sales teams to craft compelling solution uses that solve high-value problems and that resonate across diverse target personas.

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $234,600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach and build a high-performing team who continually overachieve
  • Develop and maintain customer lifecycle journey, sales support materials/playbooks and key analyst relationships
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services and Product teams to develop and implement a successful demand generation and go-to-market programs, including ABM
  • Manage budget and deliver key management reporting using Vyopta’s Go-to-Market IT systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce.com, other) regarding inbound/funnel metrics and forecasts
  • Monitor customer, partner, market, and competitor activity and provide insights regarding each area to Sales, Customer Services and Product teams (includes leadership) to improve product and processes to accelerate sales growth

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly driven individual with an obsession to WIN as a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of customer/partner organizations and at Vyopta
  • High competency in dealing with challenges, ambiguity, solving complex problems and scaling quality leads effectively
  • Committed to learning and evangelizing Vyopta’s domain, solution, and value proposition – innate inquisitiveness and thirst for knowledge/understanding and process are key
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Growth and/or Marketing role and scaling sales growth at a B2B SaaS company (preferably with a focus in digital employee experience)
