We are currently seeking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our communications team. In this role, similar to a boutique agency, you will work on a wide variety of projects for our clients. We are visual problem solvers who wear many hats – we are writers, strategists, designers, productions artists and project managers. We create custom communications that turn complex benefits jargon into easy-to-understand information. To us, benefits communication is an opportunity to engage employees in meaningful ways. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop conceptual and refined design solutions across a variety of print and digital media, such as multi-page benefit brochures, direct mail, digital newsletters, and presentations.
- Articulate creative strategy, present design concepts, explain rationale, accept feedback and respond to questions from, and maintain/build relationships with account managers and clients.
- Own and update client benefit communication packages on an annual basis.
- Production including proofing, packaging files and managing translation and print vendors.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
- Proof materials to ensure consistent editorial style, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas as we expand our growing practice.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design concepts, principals, and techniques.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily InDesign).
- Familiarity of working with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Word.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, communications, or a similar role is preferred.
- Able to provide a portfolio with design samples.
