We’re currently seeking to hire a talented and skilled Graphic Designer who can bring strategic thinking, creative curiosity, and a refined design aesthetic to an industry that is constantly evolving. In this role, you’ll work within a small but high-performing team, collaborating closely with marketing, business development, and technical experts to craft compelling visual assets across print and digital media. From pitch decks to trade show collateral, social media graphics to internal communications, your work will help define and elevate our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership, business development, and client-facing needs.
  • Create engaging digital media, including social graphics, email templates, and web visuals.
  • Work within and contribute to the evolution of the company’s brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate complex ideas into clear, effective visual communication.
  • Support internal communications through executive presentations, employee engagement materials, and training guides.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design, digital graphics, presentation design, and brand identity work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with digital design for social media, email marketing, and web applications.
  • Ability to work within corporate brand guidelines while finding opportunities to push creative boundaries.
  • Able to conceptualize ideas via sketching and boards, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects from ideation to production.
  • Collaborative mindset—you’re comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels to develop strategic, visually compelling solutions.
  • Ability to contribute and present ideas, communicate ideas and visions clearly and effectively.
  • Understanding of the energy sector, industrial services, or other technical industries is a plus.
  • Experience with Figma and UX design principles
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule: in-office 3 days per week at least, possibly more depending on project schedules.
  • Demonstrate interest in continuous self-improvement and attention to career development
