We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Associate. In this role, you will help support internal and external marketing initiatives of its team of commercial real estate advisors in Houston. The selected candidate will possess an exceptional work ethic, strong graphic design skills, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple assignments simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the firm’s Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing initiatives to support business development in Houston
- Maintain open communication with office leadership; show initiative and suggest improved processes
- Develop office and Industrial market surveys, tour books, and marketing flyers
- Write proposal summaries
- Create client presentations in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Provide quarterly Houston Market reports
- Conduct market research as needed
- Implement special projects as needed
- Provide office administrative support as needed
- Update website
- Develop collateral materials
- Implement e-mail and social media marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Team player who performs well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Possess a “can-do,” productive, and a self-motivated approach to instruction
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Detail oriented, analytical, self-starter
- Ability to solve problems requiring analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems is a plus
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus
