HOBAS is positioned for aggressive growth. Due to this growth, the need has arisen for the addition of a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee marketing operations, including internal communications and external marketing efforts such as advertising, tradeshows, events, and marketing campaigns. In addition, you will manage a team and you will also be responsible for developing the marketing internship program. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on the results of these marketing efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Manage external marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns, tradeshows, events, and other promotional activities.
- Oversee facility tours and related on-site events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing internship program to cultivate new talent.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing plans.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to the CMO on marketing performance and outcomes. - Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and solutions to increase market reach, engagement, and competitiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
