If you answered “yes,” One Foot Over has the job you’ve been searching for. We are currently seeking to hire a resourceful and passionate team member to lead our SEO and online advertising efforts. In this (equal parts strategist and tactician role), you will develop and execute strategies that enhance our clients’ online presence and achieve their marketing goals. The hard skills are the bare minimum to get one foot in the door, we’re looking for someone who shares our core values and enhances our culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits
  • Plan, create, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and online advertising trends, tools, and best practices
  • Provide monthly SEO and online ad performance reports, including key metrics and ROI analysis
  • Maintain an extreme level of detail and discernment when reviewing client work to ensure we only deliver top-notch, bulletproof work for our clients
  • Time tracking of all work via our project management system.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO and online advertising
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and managing successful online ad campaigns
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or similar
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager (experience with other platforms is highly preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation programs such as HubSpot is preferred
  • Google Ads certification strongly is preferred
  • Google Analytics certification is strongly preferred
  • Google Tag Manager experience is preferred
